1)CNC Machinist - Milling
Responsibilities:

Able to perform setup, operate and maintain CNC Milling Machine (preferably with knowledge of Mazak CNC control / Mazatrol)
Experience in M-Code and G-Code is a bonus
Carry out periodical maintenance and proper lubrication of machines
Measure and verify that machining works meet specifications using precision tools
Setup, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gauges and fixtures for making accurate inspection checks
Familiar with CNC machines, tooling, machine capabilities and machining techniques
Perform daily housekeeping and any other duties assigned

Requirements:

GCE “O” Level / NiTec in precision machining / Equivalent
Minimum 2 to 3 years hands on experience in set up and operate CNC machine
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawing
Knowledge in using basic measurement instruments
Knowledge in programming the machine and setting
Independent and able to work under a fast pace environment

2) Engineering Draftsman

Responsibilities:
•To assist in producing design drawings of standard and non-standard products
•To assist in filing and managing of hardcopy and softcopy of engineering designs and drawings
•To assist in preparation of drawings for the production team according to the production requisition
•Ensure drafting work meets target deadlines

Requirements:
•Degree / Diploma (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
•referably with 1-3 years drafting/drawing experience
•Understanding in engineering oil and gas products preferable
•Technical proficiency in SolidWorks preferred but knowledge in other 3D design software is also acceptable
•Knowledge of FEA / ANSYS preferred
•Able to use MS Office
•Methodical and meticulous in drawing and in all aspects of work
•Resourceful and takes the intiative, responsible and committed individual

3) Production Co-ordinator

Responsibilities:
•rovide support to the engineering and production department
•Assist in managing raw material inventory, WIP and finished parts
•reparing Production Job Orders, Cutting Orders and Etching Orders
•Tracking of production requisitions and engineering drawings (before and after production)
•Data entry and other adhoc duties
•Filing and compiling data sheets and specifications
•Labelling of files and manuals
•Manage production schedule and ensure that goods are delivered on-time in accordance with demand and goods availability
•In-charge of generating monthly production report
•Help in post-processing (etching and packing) of goods

Requirements:
•GCE “O” Level / NiTec / Equivalent in any discipline with 1 - 2 years administrative / coordination experience (perferably from the manufacturing industry or in production planning)
•Basic knowledge of manufacturing process preferred
•Ability to read engineering drawing preferred
•Independent and able to work under a fast pace environment individually and in a team
•hysically fit as this position requires a lot of walking around the factory and some physical work
•Methodical and meticulous in paperwork and filing
•Knowledge of MS Office
•Knowledge of SAP preferred
•Careful and particular about product quality
•Resourceful and takes the intiative, responbile and committed individual
