Position: Senior Coastal Engineer

-Knowledge of environmental and safety management including dredging and reclamation.

不太可能会倒吧，最坏情况只是入住率不理想，很多买家都是中国和新加坡人，买来只为投资。

5%是5亿，3%是3亿。。。

做个比较，假设你在印尼某地买了个价值马币五百千的房地产，而你只给了马币十五千做了首期而剩余的钱你向当地银行贷款，就在整个项目进行一半时，突然间因为销售量不理想而停工，做为一个外国购屋者的你会怎样做？你是会继续还银行贷款然后等待奇迹的出现，还是会选择放弃掉首期，给当地银行充公你的房产？
