you would all have no doubt heard about this upcoming development along Jalan Yap Kwan Seng ( intersecting Jalan Mayang ) called Star Residences. It is a JV between Symphony Life (formerly Bolton Bhd) and UM Land. It's freehold and sits on 4.3 acres, translating into quite a sizeable project with strong potential.
