港業3核心業務獲支撐

（吉隆坡18日訊）港業集團（HARBOUR，2062，主板貿服組）2013財政年營收表現遜色，但分析員相信船運、油氣和產業3大核心業務將獲得砂州經濟活動發展支撐，預見未來2年盈利將出現強勁復甦，看好璞玉終將發出光芒。

肯納格研究表示，受一次性商譽撥備影響，港業2013財政年盈利僅為2千550萬令吉，若扣除相關賬項，核心盈利將達到3千零40萬令吉，但並不影響未來盈利前景。

“我們相信在船運和物流業務營業額以3.5%的2年複合年均增長率（CAGR）、潛在每年1億令吉工程訂單，以及產業業務在2015財政年帶來盈利貢獻下，相信港業2015財政年盈利將以2年複合年均增長294.8%速度蓬勃增長，達到4千670萬令吉水平。”

該證券行說，隨著砂拉越再生能源走廊（SCORE）、沙瑪拉如（Samalaju）港口中期軍功等效益，相信未來砂州經濟活動將顯著改善，而港業物流業務將可從貨運和貿易量增加中受惠。

此外，港業也從事石油與天然氣領域的工程、採購、建築以及委外（EPCC）活動，相信邊佳蘭煉油及石油化學綜合發展計劃（RAPID）落實有望為集團帶來更多的油氣工程。

握5千萬合約
積極競標10億合約

目前，港業握有5千萬令吉合約，並積極競標總值10億令吉合約，肯納格研究以10%成功率計算，預期集團將可取得1億令吉合約來補充現有合約量。

至於產業業務方面，港業在3年前購買鄰近民都魯港口的工業園佔地130英畝土地，預見相關工業／商業城鎮發展計劃發展總值達10億令吉。

肯納格研究認為，港業現已推介總值1億2千萬令吉的工業／店舖計劃，認購率高達60%，相信在土地和建築成本僅佔發展總值的6%和50%的情況下，集團將可享有高於平均的40%以上稅前盈利賺益。

东马物流公司港业集团（HARBOUR，2062，主要板贸易）业务范围广，料在砂拉越再生能源走廊（SCORE）计划下的沙马拉祖工业园获利，同时展开首个综合商业及工业的发展项目，发展总值达10亿令吉，此时正是吸纳好时机。

该公司位于民都鲁，是再生能源走廊计划下鉴定重点发展地区之一，届时物流需求将获提升，加上与沙马拉祖工业园毗邻，料一并带动经济及公司发展。

另外，港业集团正策划将一块130英亩的土地发展为综合商业及工业区，未来10年潜在发展总值10亿令吉，由于土地价格及建筑成本料仅占发展总值6%及50%，整项计划赚幅可高达60%。

该项计划推出后反应不俗，首阶段推出后认购率已高达60%，预计带来1亿2000万令吉，若以40%税前赚幅为准，2016财年公司可进账4800万令吉。

此外，该公司工程部亦有可能在柔佛州发展总值270亿美元（约877亿令吉）的大型石油提炼和石油化学综合发展计划（RAPID）下获得更多外包委外合约。

在种种利好带动下，港业集团近期股价表现强劲，不过民都鲁房价涨幅优于预期，加上委外合约规模或比预期大，现在买进此股尚不算太迟。

截至周二（6日），港业集团走势平平，闭市挂1.80令吉，成交量13万4100股。

市场看好　港业大涨创新高

（吉隆坡9日讯）隨著马银行投行分析员称东马物流业者--港业集团（HARBOUR，2062，主板贸服股）被市场忽略，並给予该股「买进」和3.65令吉目標价，带动该股股价在今天大涨21仙或8.97%，至2.55令吉新高纪录，同时也是全场上升榜第1名。

其实，港业集团股价今年以来已经大涨61.39%。港业集团是东马物流领域最大的业者之一，该公司在当地的物流业务拥有超过一半的市场份额。

基于东马的建筑领域活动需求旺盛带动当地的物流业务，首次追踪港业集团的马银行投行分析员看好该公司的前景，並给予该股「买进」投资评级和3.65令吉的目標价。

该股今日以2 . 3 7 令吉高开后，股价便节节攀高；午盘一度上探全天最高水平2.56令吉，最后以2.55令吉掛收，全天成交量为319万7700股，高于周一的24万7500股。和富时全股项指数相比，港业集团跑贏大市，比例为1对2.161。

马银行投行分析员指出，港业集团將受惠于东马处于上升周期的建筑领域和运输需求增长，这將提高该公司的获利能力。

因此，该分析员预测，该公司2015和2016財政年（6月30日结账）的每股盈利，將分別成长36%和25%。

分析员指出， 虽然该公司2 0 1 6財政年的房產业务获利趋弱，將因此拖累该公司2 0 1 7財政年的每股盈利。然而，港业集团每获得1亿令吉货柜合约，將弥补房產业务带来的每股获利能力。

获利潜能巨大

分析员透露，隨著港业集团公佈的2015財政年第3季（截至3月31日止）业绩亮眼，其股价在过去3个星期已上升32%。

分析员认为，该公司未来2至3年的获利潜能巨大，不过基于该股不为人广知，因此该股目前仍然被低估。
