法国考虑在马来西亚设立阵风战机生产线

达索航空负责人日前表示，如果马来西亚购买该公司的阵风战斗机，公司将考虑在当地设立这款战机的生产线。

他希望阵风战机能成为马来西亚空军新一代的多用途战机。他表示，公司将为马来西亚提供完整配套服务。他表示将与马来西亚相关企业讨论合作的情况。

阵风是多用途战机，2001年进入法军服役。它可实施空对地与空对海作战，还可进行侦查、空中拦截以及执行核打击任务。

馬来西亚国防部计划在2015年购买18架新一代战机，替换现役的俄罗斯米格29型战机。

PARIS, June 14 (Bernama) -- Dassault Aviation, which is bidding to supply Rafale fighter jets as a replacement for the Russian-made MiG 29 N fighter jets, will consider setting up an assembly line for parts for the aircraft in Malaysia based on the number of aircraft ordered by the Malaysian government.

"However, this will depend on the government's decision as we believe in the capability of the Malaysian defence companies," its Chief Executive Officer Eric Trappier told Bernama at the Dassault Aviation headquarters here Friday.

Details of the parts to be assembled locally would have to be worked out with the government, he said.

On the progress of the replacement of MiG 29 N fighter jets, he said, Dassault Aviation was still awaiting for a proposal by the Malaysian Government.

"Previously, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak was busy with the general election, and now with the new mandate given to him, we think this is the best time to re-start discussions and the evolution programme," he said.

Trappier, who is also Chief Executive Officer of Rafale International, said Dassault has a strong presence with the Malaysian defence industry and the company has proposed Rafale to replace MiG 29 N fighter jets.

At the same time, Dassault also planned to replace all old fighter jets like Mirage, Jaguar and others for the French airforce and navy with Rafale by 2020, he added.

For the offset programme, he said Dassault was ready to collaborate with the defence companies in Malaysia in terms of work package, systems support and software programme.

He said the company had already shown its commitment via its partnership with several defence companies in the country as well as collaboration with universities in Malaysia.

Asked on the ideal number of Rafale fighter jets that Royal Malaysia Air Force (RMAF) should have, Trappier said that if Malaysia planned to replace all the MiG 29 N fighter jets, 24 Rafale fighter jets were an ideal number for the replacement programme.

"But it depends on the Malaysian government's requirement based on their budget and planning," he said.

Asked on the progress of the deal with India, Trappier said the Indian Air Force has procured 126 Rafale aircraft, with an additional option of 64 aircraft with a total value amounting to US$11 billion.

"The negotiations are going on smoothly, and we expect the deal will be concluded by the end of this year," he said.

After India, Malaysia is the next possible market for Dassault followed by other Asean countries, he added.

只预算买大约18架，我觉得由法国原厂组装，质量比较可靠。

話說戰機維修（好像汽車的定期維修、大修）的消耗品，例如什麼油隔、風隔、風油隔、軸承、潤滑油之類的，是不是一定要用進口原廠貨呢？還是都是採用一些通用規格的就可以了？

阵风那里会有通用規格的零件？
话说回来，阵风已停产好几个月了，法国都因为技术受限减少订购了。
如果我军签购阵风，将来零件一定不是超级贵就是很难买到。。。

零件的定義很廣咧～我指的是一般的消耗品，如液壓管喉、bearing、過濾器、皮帶、齒輪這些常見的東西，應該還是有ISO規格的吧？至於要overhaul戰機引擎的或部件或一些機體結構的組件，應該是一定要靠原廠供應了，外面可找不到『充貨』～黑市的或許還有可能……

俄国不同机型(SU27, SU30,SU33,SU34,SU35)可能通用,美国不同机型也可能有机会通用。
法国阵风？？？要跟那国的机型通用喔？

ISO規格是给中小公司用的，飞机的规格最少都要QS.

法军自用大约180架阵风，加上印度126架，超过300架，未来30年都不必担心没有零件。
至于阵风的损耗零件，除了法国原厂，印度生产线或许有制造，补给应不成问题。
