在新加坡的妈妈~申请报生纸，护照，PR。

在新加坡工作的妈妈们，以下是我的小小分享。
申请报生纸，护照，PR的过程。
EP，S PASS 或 W/P HOLDER， 只要有新加坡结婚证书就可以在新加坡医院生BB，只需完成STEP1，2，3。 BB还是MALAYSIAN 哦。
PR HOLDER 继续完成STEP 4。
如有漏掉的，麻烦提供资料。。。

STEP1， Register Birth Certificate (Singapore)

BABY 出世后，医院会给你一张“Notification of Live Birth”，十四天内一定要去做新加坡报生纸。
-       Notification of Live Birth
-       父母登记（PR）
-       结婚证书
-       父母PASSPORT
-       父母ENTRY PERMIT （PR HOLDER ONLY）
**准备原装（ORIGINAL），副本（PHOTOCOPY）。
**当天就可以拿到。

STEP 2， Register Birth Cert (Malaysia) - Borang W

拿到了新加坡报生纸，要去做马来西亚报生纸（BORANG W），BABY 一定要带去，早上8.15AM TO 11.00AM.
-       BORANG D 两份原装，可以去马来西亚大使馆拿。
-       父母的马来西亚登记 – 原装+两份副本
-       父母的报生纸 – 原装+两份副本
-       父母的PASSPORT – 原装+两份副本
-       马来西亚结婚证书 - 原装+两份副本
-       BABY新加坡报生纸 -原装+两份副本
-       BABY PASSPORT SIZE照片（蓝底）- 2 张 （报生纸）
**三天后才可以拿。

STEP 3， Malaysia Passport

做了马来西亚报生纸，当天顺便去SUBMIT PASSPORT FORM （也是在大使馆，做报生纸的隔壁OFFICE而已，12.00PM之前），要带BABY给他们看。
-       FORM IM.42 （Please print on both side of an A4 paper，印两面在同一张纸）
-       BABY PASSPORT SIZE照片（蓝底）- 2 张 (PASSPORT)
-       父母登记（PR）- 原装+副本
-       父母马来西亚登记 – 原装+副本
-       BABY新加坡报生纸
三天后，拿到了马来西亚报生纸（9.00AM TO 11.00AM），再回去PASSPORT部门（8.00AM TO 12.00PM）做PASSPORT，BABY不用去。
** 五天后才可以拿 （2.30PM TO 4.00PM）
** S$62.00 BY CASH

STEP 4， Apply PR

做passport的form 可以先打印出来吗？
因为据我所知，申请birthcert的form 是得去到大使馆才可以当场索取。

请问哪里可以替宝宝拍护照的照片，普通相馆有吗？

BORANG D 一定要ORIGINAL。

BB的照片在家自己拍（浅蓝底）尽量拍正面，拿去照相馆洗，他们会帮你ADJUST的。

我是去年11月，姐姐前两个星期才去做，都是自己拍的，都没有问题。
拿到报生纸就可以去做了。

背景还是蓝色的对吗？ 不是白色hor？！

为什么在国外出世的大马宝宝没有mykid的？
如果要在Malaysia 看医生什么，不是一直要带着passport咯

BABY都有优先权，大概45分钟吧。
新加坡的还是用“蓝色底”。

Starting from 22 April 2013, applicants who wish to apply Malaysia International Passport at any of offices listed below must submit a white background passport size photograph as specifications attached.

很多人都忽略了MY KID，我姐姐的孩子都没去拿MYKID，现在已经CONVERT S'POREAN了。
我是三个月后回HOMETOWN做的。

新加坡报生纸和马来西亚报生纸就可以了。

謝謝你的資料。。我現在37星期，老公剛剛收到新加坡公民批准信，所以來不及了，因為他須去上課程才可拿新加坡ic。所以我們就須做Step 1和2。然後看看怎樣囉
