我已经看到了相当多的知名的开发商,如 SPS, NAZA, UEM, IREKA 已立脚在加影 + MRT coming.
我的目的是要购买3 storey link house:
- Nadayu 92
- Naza Grove East
- Jade Hill (sold out)
- Twin Palms (sold out)
Reserved 1 unit at Naza Grove East (对花园景观) RM804k before 3% discount.
但我现在不知道,我应该到nadayu92?
位置 Grove East near prison, Nadayu near factories = so same same lah, both not perfect.
通路 Grove East better.
大小 Nadayu 92 better.
Developer Naza better (i guess).
会所设施 Nadayu 92 better, Grove East no club house.
真的很头痛????  
值得投资吗?
