财政紧拙——法国打算出售航母及关停战机生产线

　　据法国Le Point新闻杂志透露，尽管60%以上的法国人都支持进一步增强伟大的法兰西共和国军力，但财政吃紧令法国政府将不得不作出有违民意的措施，大量消减国防费用。总统奥朗德这几天就要决定是否卖掉法国海军的骄傲——戴高乐号航空母舰、A400M大运和停掉法国空军的主力战机——阵风战斗机系列。Le Point杂志透露说，总统办公桌上目前只有两种裁军方案供其选择。

1月16日法军地面部队向马里北方进发

　　第一套方案是“灾难模式”的大裁军方案：

　　裁掉职业军人三万外加裁掉军工企业一万五千人，关闭Nexter军工集团企业。另外军队军事行动半径和持续时间将被更加限制，马里这种军事行动将被禁止。




　　第二套方案是“世界末日模式”的大裁军方案：

　　裁掉职业军人五万外加裁掉军工企业五万人；放弃A400M大型运输机；出售掉戴高乐号航空母舰给印度或巴西，或者把戴高乐号航空母舰雪藏封存起来节省运行和维护费用；终止达索公司的阵风战斗机系列的开发生产。

英国最少还有沙特的台风战机还没赶完,接下来还有Oman的单要赶.
法国阵风就残了,1年生产线都没有开工了...

新战机应该捡不到便宜货， 更何况阵风可能要完全收皮了。

没有Rafale AESA没有订单？ 法国空军是没有新订单， 但之前的订单都还没有造完， 新的全部配AESA .... 可惜台风正式产量连屁AESA都没有看到 .. 慢慢等多几年吧。 别那样激动或嫉妒或者羡慕

Dassault and Thales announced delivery of the first production Rafale to carry the Thales RBE2 active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar. The companies noted that the aircraft, production number C137 for the French Air Force, is the first AESA-equipped European combat aircraft to enter service. The development was completed on time and budget, they added. Dassault has now delivered 111 Rafales to the French Air Force and Navy; C137 is the seventh of eleven aircraft due to be handed over this year.

The RBE2 AESA confers several operational benefits, according to Dassault and Thales. These include extended-range detection of low-observable targets; greater waveform agility for synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging; improved resistance to jamming; greater reliability; and lower support costs.

The RBE2 AESA was part of the successful Team Rafale offer to the Indian Air Force. Negotiations toward a contract for 126 aircraft continue, but may not be concluded until next year, according to reliable reports from Delhi. The offset negotiations have been complicated by changes in Indian government policy. IAF Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal N.A.K. Browne told AIN recently that he expects the French fighter to enter service in 2016. Dassault declined to comment to AIN on the status of the talks.

Losing finalist Eurofighter continues unofficially to express its readiness to submit a revised offer for the Typhoon, should India require. Eurofighter officials say that the price of the four-nation fighter, coupled with its lack of an AESA radar, were the factors driving the Indian choice. At Dassault’s half-year financial results presentation last July, chairman and CEO Charles Edelstenne claimed that the Indian choice was made on technical, operational and financial grounds. It “confirmed the Rafale’s superiority as soon as the influence of the United States is not the criterion,” he added.

重点是这句 C137 is the seventh of eleven aircraft due to be handed over this year.
换句话说，去年10月就只剩下4架法国的订单。
假设1个月才能造一台，今年2月阵风生产线就玩完了。。。

Selon le site internet de La Tribune, le fleuron de l'aviation militaire français est, à son tour, touché par les restrictions budgétaires. Un Rafale coûtant 101,1 millions d'euros (selon un rapport de la Cour des comptes de 2010) l'unité, l'état envisagerait d'arrêter ses commandes à 225 avions, au lieu des 286 appareils prévus d'ici à 2030, pour économiser sur le budget de la Défense. 61 Rafale de moins à acquérir représenteraient 6,16 milliards d'économie, une somme qui n'est pas négligeable.

Le site internet de La Tribune, qui donne l'information, cite "plusieurs sources concordantes", mais l'élysée n'aurait pas encore arrêté sa décision. Un conseil de défense s'est tenu ce vendredi, mais un autre doit se avoir lieu mi-avril.

Dassault Aviation à Mérignac produit 11 Rafale par an
L'état a jusqu'à présent passé 180 commandes fermes de l'avion multirôle, ce qui fera tourner jusqu'en 2019 la chaîne d'assemblage de Dassault Aviation à Mérignac (Gironde), qui produit à sa cadence minimum de 11 Rafale par an. Sur 126 Rafale, seuls 18 seraient fabriqués en France. Une commande de 126 Rafale en négociations depuis plus d'un an avec l'Inde prolongerait la production mais seuls les 18 premiers seraient assemblés en France, le reste devant l'être par les industriels indiens.

Première exportation en 2017

Le contrat indien permettrait au moins de ralentir les acquisitions de la défense française au profit des exportations. Mais il faut trois ans pour produire un Rafale, ce qui reporte la première exportation à 2017 si le contrat était signé avant la fin de cette année. Dassault s'est refusé à tout commentaire sur ces informations. La production du Rafale, avec une charge de travail répartie entre Dassault (60 %), l'électronicien de défense Thales (22 %) et le motoriste Snecma (groupe Safran, 18 %), emploie actuellement 7 000 personnes dans 500 entreprises.

按你这种说法，买的机会反而更高。
因为法国确实因为阵风的技术限制而停购，阵风生产线已断单好几个月了。。。
