我今天才看到这个,原来他们有用签证帮忙推高ISKANDAR 的新房子销量.....

新屋建了好多好多,不知基础设备有跟上来吗? 工作机会有跟上来吗?

ISKANDKAR 人口很少, 而且新加坡人越来越多, 新屋价钱会持续高涨的,因为在新加坡现在要买房地产真的好难,不过变了ＳＵＢＳＡＬＥＳ后，情况会怎样？　有人试过SUBSALES FLIP找到一个新加坡买家来跟他买吗?

这个帖不是要唱空ISKANDAR,只是纯碎讨论讨论.

合理啦，鼓励他们来买高价位的房子。

其实和”malaysia 2nd home" 不是同一个道理咯， 放FD马币50万，就可以申请5年的居留了。 这招政府都用了10多年了。

要是新加坡也能出类似的政策，那办MM2H就有用多了。

MACS 推出是为了使通关更顺畅，就好像性加波acess card的一样。不需要买屋子都可以申请有何来推高iskandar房价

去看看ＭＭ２Ｈ的申请条件，ＭＡＣＳ好像只是局限新加坡人．

你自己post 的link应该自己没有看清楚吧。只要singaporean/PR一个月来4次吃喝玩乐都可以申请。non singaporean/pr就必须involve在iskandar project


6.    ELIGIBILITY

MACS applicants who are involved with the development of Iskandar Region Projects are required to meet the terms and conditions as follows:

• Non-Malaysian citizens who are sponsored by a Malaysian company (or company based in Malaysia) and directly involved the in the development and projects/ activities related to Iskandar Region;
• In possess of an international passport with minimum validity of two (2) years;
• Non-listed in the Immigration Suspect List;
• Has been issued with a relevant long term immigration pass (if applicable - relevant to category B applicants); and
• Entry Visa (if applicable - relevant to visa required citizens)
  

Citizens and Permanent Residents of Singapore daily trippers who wish to apply MACS are required to meet the terms and conditions as follows:

• Must be Citizens and Permanent Residents of Singapore in possession of an international passport     with minimum validity of two (2) years;
• Non-listed in the Immigration Suspect List;
• Has been issued with a relevant long term immigration pass (if – applicable – Category B applicants).
• Number of visit per month at least 4 times and more

我的意思就是ＮＯＮ　ＳＩＮＧＡＰＯＲＥＡＮ啊．．．．因为有些中国朋友也是要进来投资，顺便拿居留的．

MACs = acess card

MM2H = Visa

有MM2H过关还是要去manual counter scan passport，Macs就可以去automated counter scan 手掌

MM2H singapore also can apply

一看到这句不懂怎样回答你的问题。。。你是指整个iskandar还是nusajaya？？？？
