MKH有网友听说手工不好..
不过发展商应该很有经验了

My company project:- Teratai @ Bandar Tasik Kesuma
Developer:- Kontan Emas (M) Sdn Bhd
Location:- JALAN KESUMA 8/2.
Double storey with the below size
Size:18x70
type: freehold
price: 312k* (intermediate unit)-before 7% discount
price: 337k* (end lot unit)-before 7% discount
Size:18x64
type: freehold
price: 308k* (intermediate unit)-before 7% discount
price: 333k* (end lot unit)-before 7% discount
Total = 142 unit
All come with 4 rooms & 3 baths
Corner lot no more available coz already booked by other
Booking fee only RM2500. If you already pay but want to cancel or loan not succeed then forfeit RM500
如果有人有兴趣买的话，还是算1st 30 buyers. 过了三十个就没有7% discount.

我今天有去地盘看地点及环境。。。附近有一些算蛮新类似这个发展。单位蛮小及靠近高压电塔及地点蛮深。
