请不要在此玩弄potential买家和同行 ，不要在帖子里post “ 欢迎broker一起合作或之类的话”！
欺骗顾客的证明1：
我potential buyer从JB去Alor Gajah那么有诚意去看你们所谓的地(2个所谓的Agent在场，结果名片拿出来是某某公司的Engineer)，有兴趣要买地了，结果最后却和顾客说卖了！
玩弄和浪费同行时间：
一开始说佣金可以谈，结果给你见到我的买家，买家有兴趣了，谈起分佣金，结果不到1天的时间就和我说你的地主要把地的价钱提高一倍来买！！！
这2个真真假假的Agent，同一时间一个和我买家说卖了，另一个和我说要提高价钱，请问大家，这块地到底是卖了没有呢?
我写出来，是想让大家知道有这样的败类在玩弄和浪费大家的时间，请不要在此欺骗顾客欺骗同行！Property这行里就是有你们这样的无聊人，才搞得大家对Agent失去信心，请你们自重！！！
