推卸责任的律师..怎么办??

各位大哥,

Recently I had bought my first house, the developer now charging me a late payment interest due to the lawyer firm delay submitting the document to the bank for released money to the developer.

After I had check with the developer, they informed me that 8Aug2012 they had already give lawyer all the necessary document for them to proceed, however, lawyer firm only submitted the document

to the bank on 5Sep2012, which almost delay one months without any reason, therefore developer charge me a late payment interest.

I had try call many times to the lawyer firm, but they only informed me this is not their fault, so I need to bear this late payment interest.

I strongly believe this is not my fault, why in the end I need to bear this late payment interest due to the lawyer firm DELAY submit document without any reason.

关于那个利息,我一定要还吗?有办发投诉吗?

事出必有因，一定要知道什么原因。 你是不是买的时候发展商已经建到某个程度？那你贷款有没有迟？通常直接跟发展商买的，律师需要1-1个半月时间处理手续的。

如果你买的时候已经建超过50%，发展商立刻出billing,通常都会中late payment interest.

late payment interest 多少，还有律师是你请的还是发展商的？

我的律师是发展商的律师，
如有类似的情况出现的话，
发展商教我们叫律师出一封律师信来把 late payment interest 给 waive 掉，
虽然我的限期还有1个半月，
但是我依然坚持每天给律师打电话及给她发简讯。

律师是发展商的,现在只建了三十巴仙,我有一直问他门文件怎样了,律师说在等发展商给他们文件,但是律师拿了文件后拖了一个月后才拿去给银行出钱,我问律师为什么酱迟,他们说马来人新年,政府拖他们,所以不是他们的错,结果最无辜的我要负责??

我非常不满意酱推卸责任,所以想请问下我能怎么样做吗?律师有打给发展商,但是发展商就是不waive the interest....

是我的错我一定还,但是不是我的问题~~~~~

请给点意见我该怎么办啊~~

我想，这是你律师的责任，不该怪发展商。律师理应made sure保障顾客的benefit,
不过遇到这种事真的有够麻烦，Sue他又浪费时间，浪费钱，浪费精神!
但又不能让这些人逍遥法外。。
这律师是自己的firm吗?

我所知道的是你们可以跟律师要Chronology,然后在Chronology你就可以看到是谁慢了的问题~
到时你就可以要求银行或者律师叫他们Waive掉~

也有可能是银行的问题哦~

i already check and confirm is lawyer late.... they rec doc from developer, but after 1 months just submit to bank and claim that is goverment department late due to HARI RAYA~~~ got such kind of excuse de meh?

I buy Seri austin, lawyer is their appointed de~~~
