房子即将被查封！

Hi 各位，

小弟目前面临一个问题，四年前，我和哥哥联名买一间屋子。其实，是他买来娶老婆的。因为他的收入不稳定，所以，就和我联名买房子。

今年初，由于他还不反省他的生意经营方式反而被人欠债。已经3个月没交房贷了，银行也发出Lawyer信了。 我也无辜的被卷入黑明单。

我们劝他卖掉房子，可是他还坚持不卖，因为卖了他的老婆就会和他离婚。真搞不懂，哪里有人的老婆时常把离婚挂在嘴边。

我想请问各位有什么方法吗？

如果银行封屋，屋里的东西可以拿出来吗？我会受到银行的对付吗？

If the bank forfeit the house, all the fixtures will be forfeited together but not included movable properties like chair and table.

Once you are blacklisted by the bank, your name will be barred from borrowing loan from any bank when you intend to buy car, house or whatsoever it is. However, you can remove your name from being backlisted by filing a petition to court.
