因为developer在十多年前就开始develop那个township，所以越后来的phase，lease剩下越少。

ok, just to be sure you know the lease term, I don't think the SA will tell you at the first place.

Anyway, indeed a very nice environment but the space inside the house are "feeling" small isn't? Even it should be 32x55.

Congrat Btw. The phase 1 & phase 2 recently just handed over the key to the owners.

如果是旺区如PJ， KL，lease tenure 少过50年还是很抢手的。
