那区华裔居多，背山又空气清新。。。。。 屋主投资放租给工厂， 月租RM 350 - RM 450.00 。。。。

还有我姐一家人住那边 7 - 8 年了。。。。
现在又施行Access Card，就是直接到达住的单位层。。。。 不用怕有陌生人/推销员的打扰。。。

是绝对值得的单位 ~~

access card那么high tech?? 就是说每一层都有铁门，touch and go打开后才进去单位的走廊？？

就是说你住第几层，进去lift scan touch and go 到你住第几层单位的走廊。。。。。
换言说，你住第十层，lift 只能送到第十层而已。。。 其余的就要爬楼梯了。。。。

那边的外劳人数真的吓人，数年前好像高达五六千人，现在好像也有好几千人，平均起来大约每栋每层有十多名外牢。而且这数目只是Majestic Heights的而已，还没包括临近的其他公寓。

那些买房来出租给外劳的人/厂家真的很可恶。政府或许应该特别划出一些地区来集中所有外劳。
