我刚买一间屋子,450多千。
这个project 有几间panel banks, got CIMB, OCBC, Public Bank, Allianze Bank, RHB Bank. so far现在只有CIMB bank get the approval for this project, the others 4 banks still pending for the approval, 所以我就先申请CIMB.
the result from CIMB was BLR minus 2.2, MRTA 22 years ( 20 years + 2 years contructions) around 6.5k. Laywer fees can get 20 percent discount. 我想问这是就好的rate 吗? 我也有打给其它的banks, allianze and OCBC 说可以给BLR minus 2.4,可是MRTA 22 years 就大概要10 千,没有Laywer fees discount。
我想问那个最好 ? 请问向bank 借钱买屋子是看什么最重要?
还有一个问题就是CIMB letter offer 只有两个星期 for me to sign,if i reject to sign CIMB offer letter because i want to compare with others bank offers , then the offer letter will lapse, so can i re-apply cimb bank back ? 请问bankers suggesting me do this ways, now i have a bit frustrate for this CIMB offer letter, i scare if i not sign this time, CIMB will prohibited me to re-apply again.
