我想买单层排屋,305k.我目前薪水3.2k,没有其它贷款,请问有什么房屋贷款配套适合呢?

   你订了?
   我可以帮你。保你满意 250k 利息是从BLR -2.30% 到,-2.40% subject to your income document . Loan Tenure 40yrs max or age 70 which earlier.
  买屋子tenure 一定要拿最长,因为和车不一样的算法。你可以早供完或供多利息一样扣。ccris也美一点以后也容易再贷款。

我是7间房屋银行贷款.教开始到拿key. 你可以一次过申请全部银行看看那一间approved 和那利息丿条件最好。反正是不用付申请费的申请了没拿也没关系。所谓要比三家才知那最好。

Step
1- View the property you interested .
2- after if you need to check the property value in bank ,so you can know how much the bank value & loan amount you can get.
3- If your down payment  just ready 10%, you must get the bank value match with your purchase price.
4- When u pay the booking to agent you can Nego to request add TERM & Condition to booking form * 2 % booking subject to loan approved with 90% of purchaser price ,and refundable loan rejected . 你们可以这样谈判的。 然后有14天的时间给你申请贷款.
5.贷款approved 你就可以和房主签"卖买合约"和付balance of 10% 就是8%扣了订金2% . 2+1月过后转了名出了钱就可以开始入伙准备。

If you worry you income doc can't get approval, I can advice u on up front after review you doc. Just let me know ur income, monthly commitment & property price u wan purchase & ur age.

    你现在年龄多? I have you calculate the all bank monthly repayment, rate & tenure . So u can know which bank u prefer.

    If you just wan loan 100k the rate I think can't get BLR-2.40% . Because All the bank is base on loan amount . loan amount more higher then the interest rate more lower . I can try BLR -2-20% for u or -2.30% subject to your income doc & bank approval.

You booking dy ? U buy subsale or developer house? Why wanna just get 100k

You can get  loan 200k then after it u pay back 100k to bank also can do like this then u can apply with better rate . Coz only you loan release u pay back to bank 100k . You loan interest also base on the outstanding to calculate only so you can get better rate & meet the requirement u wan.

借贴,本人要loan 500k。。。屋子已有title。。

要flexi loan, 请问有banker 可以做到blr-2.6/2.7 吗?
