关于买房子的頭期钱

有谁可以为我解答???????我买房子向银行贷款借了90%,...剩余的10%頭期钱,是在什么时候付? 一次过付完10%?

    normally 2% pay when u booking the house after loan approved , when you signing the SPA the time pay the balance 8 % .

   If u purchaser developer project still under- con then follow the construction stage to pay the % .
