打算买房屋或店铺投资?? 但是几个疑问???

有打算买房屋或店铺投资?? 但是几个疑问???
1)已有分期付款一个房屋 (大约RM1000 per month)good payment 从不延误payment。。(还有20年)
2)收入RM4K+ 及 RM 1500-Rm2000 parttime。
3)银行会approve loan amount 多少???If thinking to loan RM50K???
4)店铺-贷款如何计算???Down payment 多少10%或20%???可以laon多少年???
5)目前 KL, Selangor, Ipoh>>>any good location for invest??? |

normal downpayment is 10%...but depends to the bank can get the value of the house or no...
ur parttime job must have flexible salary credit date and gt bankstatement to proof,if no cant consider as a proof document |

店铺可以借loan到80%而已,rm400收入不成问题。我认为kl,setapak, puchong,damansara都有很好的前景。 |

20% , 20年~

就算是KL也要看地点吧。。这个自己做功课吧。。在论坛问是没用的~^ ^ |

For commercial property Loan margin of finance is
80%-85% subject to which bank
Loan Tenure 20 yrs to 30 yrs or Age 65/ 70 which is earlier . Subject to which bank.
Bank loan approval is on ur total commitment cannot excceed your income 70%
You let me know how much the property price ,ur age, I will let will know all bank loan package for you (which bank,Margin,rate,tenure & repayment) |

不是在大城市(like KL。。)可能是小地方 (like Taiping, Ipoh, Melacca。。。。)但是计算后, 不是这样值得比较起KL 大城市。。。。  |
