    对的，这个是现在kuchai lama的新project，而且是freehold的，有马来西亚史上第一个人造沙滩，可以自主和投资，地点很好。去kl中心或者sri petaling都很近。

    还好吧，现在kl区的launching的都是400到500psf了咯，你看bj的z residence和zefer等。

    还好，去市区很近罢了，那么大的地只有2个block，1.ekar拿来做人工沙滩和泳池，和你住海边的感觉很相近

价钱会不会太高了点？

查过估价师，太贵了，不值的，maintainance一定贵，如果commercial title 更死。最少要租三千多才够cover。又没有college，医院什么的。不乐观。现在卖着起好后的价钱。起好后我要卖几多？？一千 per sqf??

    还没有到500psf，预计两年后你可以卖600psf。

    附近你去哪里都方便咯，算市中心在加上freehold，个人衡量吧，有些人觉得自己住或者两年后卖600psf是可以的，就好象你3年前以为400psf的condo没有人要买，现在也是卖到乱的原理咯。kl地只会越来越少哦。

起好卖到来扣RPGT，BANK PENALTY,不是很划。地点还好而已。租三千以上的机会也不会很高，maintainance也是一个问题，也不是每三年房产guaranteed一定会翻一翻，这个道理你应该懂。但是见人见智，喜欢就好。

    没错，见仁见智的，有些打算自己住的呢，不一定全部是投资的，而且以后那个地点还会不会有新的开发还不知道呢，先别那么快就下个定论，无论如何，还是谢谢你的意见。
