PJ区,300K左右,有guarantee高达7%回酬还是包出租比较吸引?

如果即将推出位于PJ区,300K至500K左右的话,
有guarantee高达7%回酬还是包出租这样的plan比较吸引呢?

请诸位尽量给些意见,感激不尽。

怕就怕到时没有这样的回酬的话找谁拿。呵呵!

要了解清楚详情,通常gurantee回酬和包出租是同一样东西吧

400k的7%回酬等于每个月RM2333

guarantee高达7%回酬是几时才开始有,又有几久?
很多还要扣除装修费等等,不是全部100%里的7%。
