Yes. We practice whole body
- right and left side, front and back by bend, twist in yoga pose. This will balance(平衡) our body and also organ (内脏). When it reach balance level, our body will adjust themselves. Need thin (瘦) will be thin, slim. Body will be fit I/O fat(胖). 练瑜伽,增进我们的新陈代谢. 可平衡胃口 – one of my students told me, she feels full when her meal till have half. She less 10kgs in first month practice yoga. |
