如下。。今天拿到化验报告。。不是很会读。。有谁可帮帮忙看看吗？

Test: Detection of EGFR gene mutation (exon 18, 19, 20, 21) by PCR and sequencing.

Result: None of the mutations listed below were detected in exons 18, 19, 20 and 21 of EGFR gene.

Method: DNA was extracted from the sample. Mutations in exons 18, 19, 20 and 21 of the EGFR gene were searched for using PCR amplification followed by bi-directional sequencing.

Comments: The mutations we screened include those found in
Exon 18  G-> T(nt 2155) G719/C; G->A(nt 2155) G719S
Exon 19  15bp del (nt 2235-2249) Cd 746-750
                15bp del (nt 2236-2250) Cd 746-750
                12bp del (nt 2240-2251) Cd 747-751 and          insertion of Serine
                18bp del (nt 2240-2257) Cd 747-753 and          insertion of Serine
                24bp del (nt 2254-2277) Cd 752-759
                9bp del (nt 2239-2247) Cd 747-749 and nt 2248 G-> C (A750P)
                18bp del (nt 2238-2255) Cd 747-752 and nt 2237 A-> T (E746V)
Exon 20  G->T (nt 2303) S7681; C-> T (nt 2369) T790M
Exon 21  T-> G (nt2573) L858R; T->A (nt 2582) L861Q
Mutations other than those listed above are not included in this investigation.

以我三脚猫的知识来看， 这个肺癌是无关EGFR基因突， EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor）突变是其中一个常见因素倒置肺癌。因为报告用PCR (polymerase chain reaction)来express这段基因但没突变。导致肺癌另有其他因数。对不起我的三脚猫的知识，有错当我吹水
