TMNet 等着瞧吧,迅雷离线速度不恢复,我就不断投诉SKMM!

已经3个星期了还不解决,我已经2次投诉去SKMM了,以下是他们回复我的信件:
Dear TM Customer Servive,

Thanks for your reply and explanation. Why I use Digi Broadband has no problem to open the web site ( vip.xunlei.com , lixian.xunlei.com , www.xunlei.com , movie.xunlei.com , tv.xunlei.com) at all time. But, TMNet has the problem to open the web site during the day time? After midnight 1am until morning 9am, the web site can open again with no problem. So, as you said you didn't perform any bandwidth limitation to the web site, how do you explain to me DIGI braodband has no problem to open the web site anytime, and TMNet only can open within 1am - 9am? Don't tell me it's the international linking problem or hosting problem, DIGI broadband also under Malaysia, TMNet also under Malaysia, why DIGI braodband has no problem?

Please don't tell me you're unable guarantee and end-to-end performance to international sites. My package is corporate package 2M fixed IP, the web site is very urgent for me for doing business, now you've told me that can't guarantee the performence to the international sites, what can I do? Every month I need to pay RM400 above and now you telling me that no guarantee, is it I can do any rebate for my loss? I've over 3 weeks cannot open the specified website and I can't normally doing business. Since that my company is all doing the China country business, now who wants to bare my business loss?


I hope any of your higher Executive reply my letter or calling me 016-XXXXXXXX. If I don't get any satisfied answer, I'll continue to do the SKMM complaint until TMNet solve my problem. Lastly I want to mention, under my account, there's more than 10 ADSL 2M Fixed IP Enterprise Package, if you're fail to solve my problem, I'll one by one complaint to SKMM. Thanks.

We refer to your complaint which was received through Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

Firstly, our appreciation for bringing this matter to our attention and sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We would like to clarify that the issue you are currently facing is relating to international link performance. Upon completing the troubleshooting on our end, we have concluded that the domestic connectivity is up to mark. Please note that TM does not have any control over the availability of the international hosts' performance.

We wish to inform you that as an Internet Service Provider, TM's role is in providing Internet connectivity and access; but is unable to guarantee the delivery of the contents and performance of the host; which is not within the domain of TM. In fact as part of our network performance policy, our international traffic management capability is designed to cater for all customers' requirements to ensure they have optimal experience using the Internet.

While all our policies are in place to ensure better service assurance domestically, it is very unlikely that any ISP would be able to guarantee an end-to-end performance to international sites. As we do recognize that our customer base has increased, we are making continuous efforts to upgrade our infrastructure to meet the requirement for higher bandwidth capacity.

We regret any inconvenience caused and we appreciate your understanding and support.

他们还要狡辩说是国际国外网站线路问题,跟TMNet无关系。那好,不给我满意的答复,我会用更多不同的账号给SKMM。让他们的屁股坐在Office也不能清闲。我就过2-3天看看情况。

我的是每晚八点过后接上中国的网站都很慢,更别说下载了!!!打100投诉就一直问我speedtest有没速度,有的话就说不是他们的问题了!!!全中国的网络八点后都有问题吗???干!!!这是什么世界?给了钱不但没能得到应有的服务还要受他们的气???除了投诉skmm就没其他的管道了吗???
难道在马来西亚就没有公理可言???
是不是时候应该联合大家的力量来对抗tm的霸权???团结就是力量,大家该是争取的时候了!!!

你们可以试下用internet download manager吧,我觉得是蛮快的,我用xl是2xx kbps,可是我用idm可以去到5xxkbps ,我是用4mbps 的package哦

唉,剛從台灣回來,在那裡迅雷可以全天候下全速,沒任何問題

   tm 的 speedmeter 有鬼用。。我迅雷開那下帶跑1-30k。。。。它還能跑你線的速度(你的線 扣30% 左右就是你線的速度)再說 它的speedmeter 是你住家接去KL....KL有鬼網頁給你看 給你玩。。TM有本事 就敢敢公開 KL 接去外國的速度。。接去KL的速度 難道整天叫我們 只開tm 的網頁 看它出貓的 speedmeter?搞毛呀。。鄙視這種靠“ 拐杖 ”才能生存的人!!有本事就 公開外資 來 競爭。。就像手機。。有競爭 所以現在手機話費 跟以前比差一大半!!:@

打算星期一去skmm(mcmc)投诉了,今早才投诉streamyx而已,目前等待他们的解释和是否问题已经解决。迅雷那边需要三天才能回答和解决我的问题,所以星期一如果问题依然存在,我会和LZ一样,向skmm(mcmc)投诉screamyx了。
