Piling的PDA test和Working Load Test (WLT) ?

在一场新的工地，当打完所有的piling时候
该如何断定 选择哪个pile来做PDA test和Working Load Test (WLT) ?
RC driven pile, spun pile, bored pile都需要做这2个test 吗？
据我所知， Working Load Test (WLT) 是放那些stone ( 1.0WL & 2.0WL)然后record settlement & plot graph的,
那么PDA test又是怎样的呢？ |

你所说的wlt应该是mlt，maintain load test，可以分成两种，test on working pile/prelim test pile。working pile通常test to 2x working load，
prelim test pile就3x working load。
除了放stone以外也可以用reaction pile来jack那个load.
要做什么test是看consultant定的，要如何选test pile呢？bored pile/driven pile的criteria都不一样的。
-bored pile-通常都选soil比较差的area/engineer想知道的area。
-driven pile通常都看bored log才决定，选那些特别的pile来test，比如特别长/特别短的。
PDA=dynamic pile testing，可以check pile的integrity，之后用CAPWAP来estimates total bearing capacity of a pile or shaft, as well as resistance distribution along the shaft and at the toe。
除了以上两种，还有pit, sonic logging...

其实，还是refer回你的project specification...
我做过一场project，specification指明contractor可以propose用preliminary pile 来做 working pile，but subject to SO's approval...
基本上，
Prelim Pile 是 test on 3x working load
Working Pile 是 test on 2x working load
并没有硬性规定Prelim Pile就不可以拿来使用！
