关于p1 top up volume the 问题，请帮忙判断，是否为不实广告？

网站注明，top up 2gb,是RM10.但是每一次top up, 我都只拿到2000mb.
但是2gb不是2048mb吗？
然后我用网路客服询问，过程如下。
（抱歉，我英文不好，请别见笑）
我无意找碴，只想问个明白而已。

你先自己查看PI的disclaimer，一般的厂商都会放actual capacity may differ from advertised capacity. 还有，你真的不满意，就像你说的去KPDNHEP告咯
从你的语气看来，你都不会控制自己的情绪，什么i will remember your name and what your answer ？ 什么u guess ,will i get the same answer?

恩...我確實語氣不太好，但是我並沒有使用不雅字眼。
而我語氣不好的原因，是因為他對我的態度也非常敷衍。
你看到他的每一個回應，我至少都要等待幾分鐘以上，然後他給的答案，又是這種語氣，“u buy 2 gb Pendrive u got 2gb space or 1.7 gb space ?”，所以我才會火起來。
我語氣不好，是我不對，但是他是個客戶，卻用這種回應，也很有問題，不是嗎？


我其實並沒有想告，只是，想確認一下，這樣算不算廣告不實，所以才發帖，並無意找碴。
