各位大大求助啊！关于拍卖房产的条例

in the event the consent from the developer and /or other relevant authorities shall be granted subjet to conditions which are not acceptable to the (Bank) , then (Bank) shall be entitled to terminate the sale in its absolute discreation whereupon the sale shall be terminated and (Bank) shall refund all monies paid by the Purchaser towards the account of the Purchase Price free from interest less the costs and fees incurred by (Bank) in connection with or in relation to the sale herein and the Purchaser shall not be entitled to any claims and demands whatsoever against (Bank) , the solicitors , the Auctioneers or any party/parties on account thereof.
