Our research demonstrates that there are fake products       claiming to be of Swiss origin and having the same or similar properties to those offered by       Biocell Ultravital and Kuhra Vital. In your case we have also realised that you are selling your       fake products through a fake Swiss Company "LABORATOIRES DOM-AVMM (SUISSE) INC".       You can learn from the enclosed Swiss Company Register that there is no such Company       existing in Switzerland. It is also suspicious that you are not showing any address of your       Swiss Company in your letter head. Fact is that there have been only following Companies       registered in Switzerland with the name "LABORATOIRES DOM-AVMM":    LABORATOIRES DOM AVMM BIOTECHNOLOGIES SARL (Reg.-no. CH-         170.4.004.840-4), established on the 22nd April 2004, with Dr. Marcus Kray as Executive         Director. The name of the same Company was changed on the 4th December 2007         to LABORATOIRES DOM AVNN BIOTECHNOLOGIES SARL. This Company has         been deleted on the 9th December 2008 and does consequently NOT EXIST ANYMORE! LABORATOIRES DOM AVMM AG (Reg.-no. CH-170.3.030.727-5), established on         the 4th May 2007, with Mrs. Tan Kor Seng, from Malaysia in Kota Kinabalu (Malaysia)         and Mr. Wong Bi Fah, from Malaysia in Kota Kinabalu (Malaysia). The name and the         activity of this Company was changed on the 31st July 2008. The new Name of this         Company is W TRAVEL AG and the actual activity is TRAVELLING AGENCY. YOUR         ACTIVITY AND NAME IS NOT EXISTING ANYMORE! LABORATOIRES DOM AVMM BIOTECHNOLOGIES SARL (Reg.-no. CH-         170.4.007.198-0), established on the 9th May 2007, with Mr. Rolf Aulinger as Executive         Director. The name and the activity of this Company was changed on the 3rd July 2008.         The new name of this Company is WEST TRAVEL GmbH and the actual activity is         TRAVELLING AGENCY. YOUR ACTIVITY AND NAME IS NOT EXISTING ANYMORE!             The calls you have received are from Mr. Luis Aneas who is actually the Executive Director of         Biocell Ultravital 24kt GmbH and Kuhra Vital 24kt GmbH and confirms having received your email         dated 25th February 2009 with your address and coordinates only.          Following the instructions of our clients Biocell Ultravital 24kt GmbH and Kuhra Vital 24kt       GmbH we herewith ask you to delete immediately all the incorrect information stated and mentioned       in your e-mail. We have been instructed by our clients to take all the necessary legal       steps against you in case that you should not meet the requirements of the Swiss Law.          We also invite you to inform us immediately when the corresponding changes have been done       in order to inform our clients and to avoid any additional legal fees which would be charged to       you.          Best regards,              Dr. Christian Rohner

LAB DOM(SUISSE)公司就毁谤与虚假声明诉讼个案胜诉

瑞士日内瓦2014年9月11日，经过三年的抗辩，LAB DOM (SUISSE)公司自豪地公布，就Biocell Ultravital 24kt GmbH,KuhraVital 24 kt GmbH 及 Dafonti Nutripharm LLC 两家公司对 LAB DOM (SUISSE) SA的毁谤与虚假声明一案中，我方已成功胜诉，有关毁谤与声明造成我公司客户与销售商对我公司的信心与声誉有巨大不良影响。   

此诉讼个案的起因是由于Biocell Ultravital 24kt GmbH,KuhraVital 24 kt GmbH 及 Dafonti Nutripharm，于 2009年在www.propharma.us网站发布毁谤信，信中内容诬告LAB DOM (SUISSE)公司是透过虚假瑞士公司，售卖伪造瑞士产品。

依据瑞士卢塞恩区法院，于2012年8月的临时判决，法院批准LAB DOM (SUISSE)公司要求并颁发庭令，禁止该毁谤信与虚假声明的继续刊载。

LABDOM (SUISSE)公司，接着于2014年7月2日，通过法律途径，行使法律权利，成功通过协议终结此毁谤案。

LAB DOM (SUISSE)公司 谨此感谢公司法律团队，成功协助捍卫我公司声誉，就此宗横跨数个地理领域的法律诉讼案，坚定追求真相的精神。
