我要在美国网购，对方说要使用wire payment, 不过我没用过，请大家帮帮忙还有一个问题，对方说（the banks in other countries do not share AVS/CVV information with our us banks and there for we obligated to ask for copy of id , signed invoice and credit card) 是有这种要求的吗？

你去银行拿 wire transfer form咯就可以了。不过网购大多数都可以用paypal/credit card的。除非是大amount才用wire transfer。小心受骗哦。
