Anyone of you heard about the Tanah Simpanan Malayu???
Bcos recently i just noticed that my Geran had state that Tanah Simp Melayu...!!!!
I'm Chinese, there is no reason I can get This Geran?????
Anyone of you also facing this situation, or any similar case can share about this topic.
My lawyer told me this is a normal case, many people also get this type of geran, and the important thing is cannot transfer or sell to Malay, then this land is safe? But i don't know about the price and also other side effect. Someone can explain this??? Expert in this field. |
