Sole Proprietors 和 Partnership 最后一年的Account （急）

Sole Proprietors 和 Partnership 最后一年的Account，从此没有生意。

1）是否最后一年的Account所有的non-current assets, current assets, current liabilities和non-current liabilities都要变成零？

2) 如果还有other debtors和other creditors,是否要用drawings accounts来contra ?

3) 对于partnership，是否应该用drawings accounts来contra及对partners按照各自的利润%（profit sharing ratio)来平分任何的other debtors和other creditors?

4) 如果other debtors和other creditors都是另外一间老板有份的Sole Proprietors，那么如果contra了变零了，那么另外一间的other debtors和other creditors还有数目应该怎么办？

Sole Proprietors 和 Partnership 不像sdn bhd。不需要把assets and liabilities清掉，也能关的。

所以呢，不需要那么麻烦啦
