請問各位,
有人買過MEGA Planner Jaya SDN BHD的房屋嗎?
這個發展商可靠嗎?
小弟有意買他的公寓....
希望得到各位的意見
請問有發展商的黑名單嗎?

那边不好，马来 kampung 味太重，也很乱。
这公司去年就叫人预订，到今天，看了它的 site ，
还是生满乱草，给了订的人，看了真有些担心。
而且 800 sf 就卖 240k，1000 sf 卖 360k，感觉有些贵，
给我买 PV 好过。
投资还可以，自住就免了。 |
