In conjunction of 100 Anniversary of International Women Day (08/03/2011), JCI Seremban has organized the Self Defense Workshop.

The major objective is to provide knowledge, skills and protection skills to everyone, when they are facing the attack or violate from strangers, especially for girls.

Our head coach is Mr. Low Kin Wan, who has many years in Martial Art, especially in Ninjutsu.. He is a professional & experience coach for many years.
