自我介绍[英文]

请各位大大帮我修正grammar , 看看哪里出错,诚心受教。


My name is XXXXX, I am 24 years old , a Malaysian Chinesefrom Kula Lumpur. I been stay in Singapore 3 years. I am graduate from a highschool in SMK Petaling of Malaysia. Let me tell you my works experience.


My 1st job
as shop assistant in Kuala Lumpur. I used to handle photo and document printing,product selling and basically office duty like data entry. I leave for thereason of seeking better offer and more challenge to improve my skill level.


My 2nd job as a Mobile Repairing Technician. Itwas a sub contractor of AAAA Service. I had stay in this company been 2 ½ years.At the 1st
½ year I was onlyfocus on repairing. The rest of the time I be shift to be Technical CS. Thecompany make this decision cause of following the work style of Korea. At Korea AAAA & BBBB Mobile Service Center
were put the Technician to the front desk handlecustomer in directly and repair in front of customer. They promise to done theset repair in shortly. In my position , Technical CS meaning Technician andCustomer Service. I am doing what even the job like Customer Service. I servewalk-in customer, give quotation, answer technical inquiries, doing some adminjob like data entry and document classification.

As a Technical CS , I am also guide customer how to use theproduct and troubleshoot the issue of the unit. Including the unit set linkwith computer or doing synchronization. The reason of I leave cause of thecompany always did not pay the bonus in last 3 years. I heard they’re paid forthis year but only ½ month. I feel these position boring and no more new challengeto me, and the main time, the Service Center of I stay will coming become acollection center only. All the technician will move to City area which is ABCD , and I was found is abit fair for me , so I choose to leave.


My 3rd job which mean my current job.
It was belong to a Technical Support Officerof BBBB Mobile After Sales Service.
Thejob description is exactly the same as my 2nd job but I was usuallystay in back room. My job is not only focus in repairing but it was moreexperience to me talk to customer. To give solution, handle customer escalation, troubleshootingand guide customer through the phone online.


I would like to read the information about IT gadget, it wasn’tlimit in Mobile Field. It also including the latest model of computer,hardware, software and the accessories. I own my computer and laptop. I seldomsend it for repair cause I can trouble shoot it for myself.


I am a Chinese who speak, read and write in English,Mandarin and Cantonese. Maybe you will ask why it wasn’t including Malay,because I’m really poor in Malay even I am a Malaysian. I only able understandMalay but not in speak or write. I think I wasn’t good enough for my currenteducation and experience to achieve my goal. I been applied a course for study as a part-time to get a higher education. I hope to be a Professional CustomerService Officer with a Manager Level. So I hope I could get this job , and I believeI can I do the best of I can. Of course the pay and benefit is the most concernfor me.

需要重新学好基本的语法。

在SMK求学,不会马来语?

My 1st job was working as a shop assistant in KL. I used to handle photo and document print jobs, selling store products and routine office duty like data entry. I left the company for the reason being to seek for better offers and more challenges to improve my current skill sets.
My 2nd job was working as a Mobile phone Repairing Technician. It was a sub-contractor of AAAA Service. I had been working in this company for 2 ½ years.
During the 1st ½ year, I was focusing more on repairing phones. The rest of the time I was shifted to be as a Technical CS. The company made this decision to suit the working culture of the Korean company. In Korea AAAA & BBaBB Mobile Service Center, they assigned the technicians to front desks so as to handle customers face-to-face and perform the repairing jobs in front of their customers. They promised to do the repairing jobs shortly. In this position, Technical CS stands for Technician and Customer Service. I was doing whatever jobs that were normally done by typical Customer Service personnel. I served walk-in customers, giving quotation, answering technical inquiries, doing some administrative jobs such as data entries and document classifications.
As a Technical CS, I also guided customers how to use our products and troubleshooted the issues of the unit, including the unit set which syncs to the computer or doing synchronization. The main reason I left the company is because the company have not paid me any bonus in the last 3 years. I heard they would be paying for this year but it is only ½ month. I feel this post is rather boring and lack of new challenges.During that time, the Service Center where I was based has soon become a collection center. All the technicians have moved to City area which is ABCD , and I found it is a bit far for me , so I chose to leave the company.
My 3rd job which is my current job.
It is a Technical Support Officer of BBBB Mobile After Sales Service.
The job scope is exactly the same as my 2nd job but I usually stay in back room. My job is not only focusing on repairing but it was more to communicate with the customers. I provided solutions, handled customer escalations, troubleshooting and guided customer through the phone or online.

I like keeping myself updated on IT gadgets, there isn’t any limit in Mobile Field.  This also includes the latest models of computer, hardware, software and the accessories. I owned a PC and a laptop though I seldom send them for repair because I am able to troubleshoot them by myself.

I am a Chinese who is able to speak, read and write in English,Mandarin and Cantonese. Maybe you might ask why not including Malay,because I’m really poor in Malay even though  I am a Malaysian. I am only able understand Malay but rarely speak or write in Malay. I think I wasn’t good enough at my current education level and experiences to achieve my goal. I have enrolled in a part-time course to pursue a higher education. I hope to become a Professional Customer Service Officer in a managerial level. Therefore, I hope I could get this job, and I believe I can do my very best. Also the pay and benefits are important to me.

华人的性格很奇怪,有些会把问题贴到网上,然后认为大家帮他们解答问题是理所当然的,做不好或是开个玩笑有时还得让他们臭骂一顿......

有個朋友更常常自以為是,明明自己見識淺說俺發音有問題,殊不知英國和美國口音差異蠻大。。

忍不住弱弱地说一下(以显得不会不够婉转)......
问题是撇开语法不管,如此内容的求职信不会被丢在一旁吗?
如果我是经理,很可能会直接抛进垃圾桶。
