请问你们email 他们reseve房间需要付全数prepayment 吗？

有没有可能不要付订金先？因为tegal sari的official website没有 credit card online payment system，

如果是光给他们credit card号码，和cvc code我担心资料会流出去~

有没有朋友可以分享bank transfer或者credit card付钱是怎么process的？

我去年2010五月去，确定日期及要定后就问他付款方式，就会send你Authorization letter 给你。填了之后scan然后email或fax去，passport也要。
我是用credit card 的。

“Ms. xxx, kindly be informed that to secure the booking we would require full prepayment and we would appreciate receiving it  on or before xxx 21, 2010.
and the payment can be done with the following payment methods :

CREDIT CARD (Visa and Master Card only) :
Kindly be informed if you pay by credit card an additional 1.8% charge from your total bill will be added, therefore, the amount we will charge to your card is at Rp xxx,xxx. If you prefer to have this method, please complete and signed the attached authorisation form and fax it or scan then send via email back to us together with copy of the first page of your passport with photograph and passport no. to the following fax number : 62.361.970 701 for submission to our credit card merchants.

Pleased be informed that billing must be processed in Indonesian Rupiah by law and will be converted at the prevailing bank selling rate - IDR, Tegal Sari can not be held liable for the exchange rates.

The other alternative of securing the reservation is full prepaid which could be transferred to the following bank account:

BANK TRANSFER:
Name of the bank : CIMB NIAGA Ubud Branch Office
Name : I Nyoman Gosih  (please ensure the name is correct, not using Tegal Sari Accommodation)
Account number : 489-01-00797-18-2
SWIFT code : BNIAIDJA

Please note that any bank transfer fees or foreign exchange discrepancy are to be applied to your own account (please inform your bank that beneficiary receive full amount). If paying by bank transfer please fax a copy of your TT receipt to our fax number +62 361 970701 to confirm your booking. You could transfer the payment in your currency and will be converted into Rupiah, therefore, due to foreign exchange discrepancy we may receive less or more.  If we receive less, the balance could be paid at Tegal Sari.

Kindly be advised that the deposit is refundable if your cancellation notification is made 14 days prior to the check in date or 50% refund if less than 14 days. Please also be advised that for any prepayment via bank transfer and need any refund the administration fee will be borned by the receiver.

And in case you would like to change your plans please be advised that our reservation cancellation policy is as follows:
- No charge if cancelled before 14 days prior to the check-in date.
- 50% charge if cancelled less 14 days from the check-in date.
- Full charge of the reserved days if the cancellation in 3 days or less prior to the check in date

In the meantime, please feel free to contact us should you require any pick up service.  Kindly be informed that our current airport pick up or drop is at Rp 195,000 per car, subject to change with prior notice.”
