大家来帮我看看价钱合理吗?个人觉得价钱超贵的。。。
请问哪里可以减??

我的房价是RM249k,S&P的费用是RM5000,你认为便宜吗?

Stamp Duty on Transfer/Deed of Assignment (Subject to Valuation) - RM1250------应该是RM1150,还没扣50%之前 (RM100,000*1%) + (RM7,500*2%)

这个要跟律师谈了。。。加了一百块!!!

不好意思。。那STAMP DUTY 我好像算错了。。

the formula for MOT Stamp Duty:
1% x first RM100,000-------------------------------------------RM100,000*1%=RM1000
2% x next RM400,000------------------------------------------RM75,000*2%=RM1500
3% x anything above RM500,000

应该是RM2500才对。。
