RM4100 应该只是买卖合约和手续费用 ?是不是2009买的屋子啊?那时后loan facilities agreement 是银行付的。 |

1)请问我的律师费合理吗?
2)Professional fees里面的 Deed of Assignment, Searches 和 Disbursements里面的 Searches, Deed of Assignment/Memorandum of Transfer (Subject to Valuation)或Deed of Assignment [By Way of Transfer]有什么不同?有没有中charge两次?
3)Traveling算我RM350会过高吗?不是通常在RM100-RM250这样而已吗?
