昨天屋主vs发展商的case. High Court 判发展商胜诉. 我的lawyer说要appeal。 他都没想我有没有钱给他。 我对这判决非常失望。 难怪安华， Bala, Raja Petra 都说对malaysia 的司法没信心。 只有 那些又＂拎＂又＂掠＂又＂食＂的人才会在今天的头条大大声说＂我对大马司法有信心＂ |

楼主你好， 我是pulai jaya 的屋主， 和你是同一个发展商的， 我想问看你是以集体屋主的方式来起诉发展商， 还是以个人的方式呢， 因为我在pulai jaya 买了店屋， 也参与了这里的屋主们建立的委员会， 主要目的就是要追讨延迟交屋的款项以及到底几时才能交钥匙 ， 可是在目前来讲， 委员会里只有我一个人是买店屋的受害者。我也是想起诉发展商， 所以想看看lz有什么看法， 有什么建议的话， 可以的话， 请pm我， 谢谢 |

我是拿了钥匙， 通过tribunal 索赔。tribunal判我们赢， 但是发展商向high court 上诉说tribunal没考虑发展商的解释。highcourt 判发展商赢。
如果你还没那钥匙我也不知道要怎样。 |

How could the court made such judgment...The developer has late delivered the house to the owner....THIS IS A FACT!!! What is the basis that the court made such judgment!!!! ???? Let join our force to fight our "right" |

最进听到他们发展商的同行讲, 这家伙是来骗钱的..
还有, 最近它和一的建筑商合作用新的公司, 搞回JP PERDANA吗?

This kind of developer if no bankrupt,next time will still launch new project and many people will become victim and suffer what we suffer now..JPN is the one responsible for this issue,why JB got so many same cases,why in the 1st place they want to release license to those suck developer,they are the one trigger this problem...Only know how to use our taxpayer $$$ and do nothing...We deserved what we suffer now because we make a wrong choice,they developer deserve to bankrupt because they are not capable to launch any project. |
