SEG-WR 的 ExcessApplication价格，有没有这么大只甲娜？

如题，刚才问Remiser如果我要申请多的Warrant的话，是不是根据LastTradingDay来定夺价格的？

他说不是，是根据RM0.05 Per Share的。。

那么如果我申请成功的话，最后一天的价格是多过RM 0.05的话。。

那么我不是白赚？

SEG-WR的价格是 RM1.0X 左右。。

请问我Remiser是不是仙家我？？

如果不是的话我要卖掉底裤来买Warrant了。。

RM0.05 变成RM 1.0X 不是爆富？

Excess application-假如你有多申请，当别人的entitlement没申请的quota会分配给excess applicant,不过是根据百分率。

-因为你并不是entitle that right person。 所以，你只可在open market买别人不要exercise的right。

如果我在open market 买100 SEG-WR =RM110. 之后申请excess 200,000股=RM10000.
假使获得10% of excess apply =RM1000本钱。那我应该是。。。。发了。。
10%=
20000股x ( 母股-RM1.00)=估计RM22000 **净赚RM21,000
理论上warrant合理价钱是。。
* mother share -excercise price= Warrent share price
   *(RM2.10-RM1.00= RM1.10)

*****根据我的经验，这个SEG-WA要获得excess应该非常非常非常非常非常的.....................................难。
^^^要获得100-200股excess都难。

别人不要的Warrant已经在市面上丢完咯。。剩下的应该是忘记Apply的那些吧。。哈哈。。

这个你只是亏你的BankCharges。。RM2.15。。。无论申请多少Excess都一样的。。

我在26July前買了1000SEG股，所以分得500股SEG-WR，請問：
1）如果我沒有去動他，過了截至日期，這500股會變什麼？
2）如果我賣出去（比如1.00）我是不是淨拿RM500？
3）如果我要轉換成WA，就是如你所說的填寫表格申請？而我得付RM25?(0.05 x 500)
