我买二手的，屋子是2005年，我今年4月买。我买的是中间旁边屋子，24x65+25sgf land， rm330k

4月，如果没记错当时的BLR＝5.8％，对吗？你借什么银行的LOAN？我问了好几间银行，都觉得OFFER很低。才BLR-1.9而已。他们说全部的银行都是BLR-1.9的，觉得有点无奈。3月的时候，我去问银行，当时他们说BLR-2.3。不明白BLR升了，怎么扣的反而变得更低? |

I just bought one unit too. I'm applying Ambank and Citibank now. The ambank agent said first batch many people get BLR-2.2 for for 30 year loan. And, still waiting Citibank agent to feedback as well. |

All this is 30 years loan. But, my friend told me AIA got fix rate 4.99 for 30 years too. Just the term and condition is can not refinance within 5 years. But, accept prepayment, early settlement, withdrawer and sell the house anytime. |

Ocbc -2.3的terms是loan 300k以上才有。如果是loan 200k的话是-2.1 |

OCBC -2.3% 好象是lock in 5 years 的。
我朋友说HLB 也可以-2.3% no lock in period. |

Yes, OCBC bank lock in 5 year. HLB with BLR-2.3 and no lock in 5 years? Should consider HLB then. Anyone from HLB to refer too? |

I bought an end lot. Yalor..price increased a lot compare with my budget. But that day, i went to sales office, leave around 20%. Think they dun have problem to sell all.
Latest feedback from bank:
OCBC BLR-2.3 (lock 5 years)
Citibank BLR-2.3 (no lock 5 years) or BLR-2.1 but lawyer fees wave |
