Job in Banking inbound call center (KL) - Urgent position

Exciting employment:
Shift Hours:
3pm – 11pm(Van will be provided for staff who work this shift to send them
home after work)
11pm – 7.00am
7.00am – 3.00pm
(Shift on rotation basis)
Normal Hours for new hires: 8.30a.m. – 5.30p.m. (Mon – Fri)
Mondays to Sundays
5 days/week
2 off days (rotating, not fixed)

Working Location : Office located at Jalan Raja Laut, KL.

Job description:
* Attend incoming calls courteously, competence and in professional manner.
* Attend to customer’s queries tactfully and professionally.
* Provide accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds the customer’s expectations.

What we require from you:
* If SPM/Cert/Dip holder – the candidate MUST have a min of 2 years experience from another Call Center.
* Fresh Graduates (Degree Holder)
* Must speak excellent English

Training will be provided.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Salary ranges from RM2000 to RM3000 depending on your qualification and experience. Are you the one we are looking for?
