退股问题

我本人是一间公司的股东(sdn bhd)。

这间公司所有股东都没有出钱， 股本是以前和旧公司拆伙时赚的钱开的。

我已经辞职了， 也辞去公司董事职位。

现在公司要我签股票转移表格(Forms Of Transfer Of Securities)。

请问：
1。 我可以不签Forms Of Transfer Of Securities吗？ 因为我没有打算免费送给他们， 我必须拿回我应得的那份。
2。 如果他们不同意买下我的股份， 除了解散公司， 是不是可以卖给别人？

AGM开了， 账目audit了， income tax return和其他的文件都已经准备了也签了。

只是还没有签股票转移表格。

你只有卖给他们的。因为没人会买的，因为控制不了公司的。
