All, please be informed that the Penang State Government will be having a state function at the SP Setia Bayan Lepas Roundabout on 15 April 2010, from 4.00pm until 10.00pm. During this time, you can expect traffic flow to be congested at this area as such please plan out your traveling activities and other alternative routes on this day.

Please be advised and plan your departure time accordingly
