找十个投资者

Hi all,

I'm from Penang.
And after being working in factory for 10 years, i get nothing.
Although i plan to invest but 1 person's ability is limited.

所以，　我在找十个投资者(including me) to invest in property.

Mechanism
1. A company will be established under Sdn Bhd and 10 of us will be the shareholders.
2. Each of us must be able to invest RM2k per month consistently.
3. All transactions are done under company.

4. We will invest in either residential / commercial properties.
5. Properties that we purchase will rent out for rental return / or sell the property when the selling price is good.

If you are interested and capable of affording RM2k per month, please PM me.
Once we have gather 10 people, i will organize a meeting and discuss much more in details.
