after the was,were,been.had等等 要用 past tence 是吗？？？还是什么我还是不懂

那些不是past tense来的
就是说am, is, are, has, have, had后面的动词会是past participle
He is killed.
killed就是past participle
killing = present participle

你误解了，不管是现在的 have, has, am, is, are 还是过去的 had, was, were都要配搭 【过去分词】 使用。
have, has, had, be, am, is, are, was, were 这些都是 【辅助动词】
英文时态 = 【辅助动词】+【主要动词】
【辅助动词】才有过去和现在的分别，
【过去分词】（washed, done, eaten...)和【现在分词/ing动词】(washing, doing, eating) 都没有过去和现在的分别。

The man was killed by the robber.    was killed = 被杀
Durians are imported from Thailand.    are imported = 被进口
The gate is locked at night.    is locked = 被锁
The children were punished by the teacher.    were punished = 被处罚


(have) + [过去分词] = xxx了   (have) = have/has/had
I have done my homework.    have done = 做了
He said he had had breakfast.      had had = 吃了
She has cleaned the rooms.      has cleaned = 打扫了
They had left when I arrived.     had left = 离开了

其实have had
前面是auxiliary verb
后面是verb
例子, I have had noodles for lunch.
意思是我已经吃了面当午餐
had = 吃
所以只会有have had和had had
不会有have have和have has的

time可以是可数也可以是不可数
看你要讲什么
有几个例子

Mary had seen the film many times.
次数 : 玛丽看了那部电影很多次

at times = 有时候

at all times = always

历史的某一段时间 : Mankind has used the horse since ancient times.

move with the times = 与时并进

一段时间

还有很多例子, 多看书自然能记得

你应该是搞不清楚 past tense 和 past participle 的分别
他们有时长得一模一样，有时长得不一样：

past tense - past participle :

(1) 长得一样的：
walked - walked (大部分 ~ed 的，两者都长得一样)
bought -  bought
made - made
sat - sat
said - said

(2) 长得不一样的：
saw - seen
broke - broken
swam - swum
showed - shown
ate - eaten

就如风所说的。。
我觉得你可能不理解，是因为你没把past participle记好
下次我post一个表，那你就会知道past tense和past participle的不同
但是最重要的是，你还是要把past participle记住，因为他和past tense不同
至于为什么had seen为什么是seen,风第六楼已经解释^^

任何在have, has, had后面的动词都是past participle
have seen, have taken, have shaken
