关于Fish Tank

原谅我用英文,因为关于一些计算的东西,我没有办法翻译。。。

Hi wanna ask all sifu's, I understand that planning is everything in this hobby, and I've bought x2 Rio 20HF pump for my newly ordered 40L x 27W x 37H, now calculating the drain flow from overflow to sump, so please lemme know your opinion based on the below specs, please also correct me if my calculation is wrong.

1) Tank Volume with Sump Volume estimated to be 768 litre or 203 US gallon.
2) Two direct drain pipe from overflow to sump at 1 inch each, or 25mm bulkhead each.
3) Rio 20HF's spec says the flow rate is 3300 litre / hr at the height of 180 cm or 6 ft high.
4) The x2 pumps' return sump to display tank has a 72 inch high and water will travel through 95 inch of piping, four (4) ninety (90) degrees elbow for one pump and five (5) ninety (90) degrees elbow for the other similar pump, because return pump will be placed externally to reduce overflow space.
5) Preferred flow rate for whole tank volume is x7 to x8 times the total tank volume.
6) Preferred silent tank without water movement noise (reasonable pump noise is bearable).

I'm having difficulty to know / estimate the actual flow rate from x2 Rio 20HF pumps after having gone through these elbows and extreme height level, in which I can't ask my tank maker to drill overflow holes yet, not until I've gotten an answer. Below doubts are what hinders my current progress:

1) Knowing that for 1 inch pipe, every elbow almost adds 2 ft of pipe length, how much flow will be reduced from current 3300 litre per hour @ 6 ft high on the Rio 20HF, because if not sufficient, I can add x1 more unit of Rio 20HF (total 3 Rio20HF)?

2) I have only two (2) 25mm drain bulkhead in display overflow, each 25mm is sufficient to only support 600 gallon / hour without using partial durso siphon and I try not to rely on efficient Durso's max flow at 900 gph just in case I change plan later due to any unexpected issues (maybe change to Herbie setup), is this enough or should I drill 1 more 25mm or drill three (3) 1.5 inch drain bulkhead to support?

3) I plan to use durso, how high is your durso standpipe in your overflow? I see most US reefers put up quite high, like only few inches below water level, I just don't think this is efficient for dirty particles that stay below to flow up through the drain pipe. The tank at 37 inch high, and initially I plan to only use Durso at only 6 inch up from bottom, and the air way at end cap will go up to 37 inch high so I can have hand access for adjustment of air clearance on top, is this OK?

4) Based on point 3 of my  above, what if I use a ready made partition board with holes to reduce the waterfall splash from overflow, is this possible? I try not to dump bioballs into the overflow because it will be nearly impossible to remove later.

Posted this after reading many articles without specific answer, while referring to this website link to estimate the return flow:

你的40L x 27W x 37H是寸還是cm?
你是養/種什么?
為什么那么注重flowrate?
不好意思,多問了。
