IMPLEMENTATIN OF ON-LINE PAYMENT

Effective 1 January 2010, we would be implementing the on-line payment throught Mayban for all local vendors.

To facilitate the implementation, we would require all vendors to provide us their current account number, with Manyban for direct credit of all future payments.

Please ensure that the accountname is the same as your company's name. If the name of the account does not match with the vendor's name in our system, payments would be rejected by the system.

Please provide us, your account number in the reply slip below by end of December 2009.

Mayban or Manyban or Manybank or Maybank?

通知书，不需要写得太啰嗦，用太“深”的字眼，
简单就是美，用浅白的字，读起来更舒服......

Effective from 1 January, 2010, we will make use of Maybank's online payment service to make payments to all local vendors. Therefore, We require all vendors to provide us with your Maybank account number for direct credit of all future payments.

Make sure that your account name and your company name are the same to avoid delays and rejected transactions.

Please submit the reply slip below with your Maybank account number by the end of December, 2009.
