各位大大，小弟的店出租了。本来是件高兴的事，但是我的马来租户不还租金还了两三个月。很烦。请问各位师傅和大哥们，有什么办法？我要把这马来租户赶掉，但我和租户有合同。

if tenant never follow as per what contract stated, u can ask him to move out without paid back the deposit ( based on your contract) and he still ignore, you must report to police and ask police to come over to force them out of the house.
My only 2 cents. |
