各位好， 请批评，
Subject : Appeal To Waive The Late Charge & Finance Charge

We would like to appeal to waive the late charge & finance charge which the delay of payment was due to not receiving your statement of account on October 2009.

        OR

Please be informed that the charging incurred was due to the statement of account did not receive by us on October 2009 so that we unable to pay on time.


AND

I am look forward to receiving your approval soon.

OR

I seek your approval and hope to get your feedback soon.

建议......

解释：
I failed to make the payment on time due to not receiving (the statement.....).
I failed to make the payment on time because I had not received (the statement....)

最后：
I thank you in advance for approving my request.

charge 的那个部分你交代得不清楚，这个部分需要交代得清清楚楚，例如什么账单，日期等等。

你是什么职业的？为什么时常要写这种信？

My job is handling account dept.

I also cover a little bit of admin. work.

Yes, I will just choice one of the sentance to use. but u seems did not amend any single word.

But, your feel..........

It is means something going wrong some way from my sentance.???

My location in rawang, calls standard, their fees is quite reasonable.  equivelent below RM200.00 a month. twice a week, one and a half hour a time.

We have to buy one textbook and one exercise book for our study.

It's classify to few level. I am studying intermediate level.

I was placed in the intermediate level.

My lecture is an India he always prepare extra material to us, most of the time, we were reading the star's column or grammar's exercise and so on.

My lecturer is an Indian. He always prepares extra materials for us. Most of the time, we would read The Star's columns or do grammar exercises.

The quality of the lecture is average above(but he is too talkative in the class, waste many time). He will not push us doing any homework, he always said that this is assigment, not homework. there is not pressure to attend his class.

The quality of the lecturer, in my opinion, is above average. But he is too talkative in class, it wastes a lot of time. He will not push us to do any homework. He always says that we are doing assignments, not homework; there shouldn't be any pressure attending his classes.

其实他讲多点很好啊
你可以学他的发音
也替你高兴你似乎找到好的老师和在没有压力的情况下学习

I have studied more than one year. yes, i was graduated from local malay school.
most of the english was learning outside, not at school.
