既然前面用了us,就要前后相符

2) 是指过去发生的某一件事情，还是一直存在的一个事实？
是前者的话，我可能会说：
We were annoyed by your irresponsible behaviour.

4) 是指进展吗？
Please update me on the progress of ...
或 ...on the latest development...

或现在的状况：
Please update me on the current situation...

5) your esteem company = 贵公司，尊称，没错

can, could, will, would, may, might, must, shall, should... 等等这些词叫做情态助动词(Modal Auxiliary Verbs)
一定要配合原型动词使用 can go, could tell, will come, would do, may rain, might be, must leave, shall visit, should help...

整个句子给人的感觉...怪怪的，也有不少的语法错误... 如果你把基本的语法搞好，你的英文就会很不错了，因为你已经懂得很多词汇，就是基本语法错误把它搞砸了...

这句好像有点笼统，如果可以说的明确一点的话，听的人可能比较容易掌握你要表达的东西
I understand that things change (in deals 或其他的)

to mention sorry ... 一个字：怪，要这样说也该用 say: say sorry ，这个也比较口语
说对不起就是道歉嘛 ： 道歉就是 apologize
there is not necessary 也是错误的，除非把 there 换成 it，因为 necessary 不能用来修饰 there (那儿)，it 就没问题
如果要用there：
there is no need to apologize
或者，you don't have to apologize

We will try our best to co-operate with all department as we could.
既然是 all department 那就表示不只一个，所以要用复数 departments
你所说的 departments 也不是世界上任何的部门，而是对方公司的部门，那就是指定的一些部门，所以： all the departments
as we would 接不到，无中生有，丢掉那一段
你常看到的 as we could 是接前面所说的一段话：
We tried as hard as we could.


以后会少来了，愈来愈觉得来这里好像在搞自闭，自言自语......这里完全没有交流可言.....浪费时间...

还有华人，唉！华人的态度！有些人会丢一大堆东西叫你翻译，迟点还会不高兴，语气不爽地催你，搞到我还得低声下气道歉，交差了一句感谢都没有，一切那么理所当然！唉！什么跟什么...

我去马来文版那边混，只发了一个简单的贴子，提出要找人交换语言，一天内就找到了一个很棒的马来人PM我，愿意帮我学好马来文，还有其他的马来人回应我的贴不厌其烦地帮助我解释很多东西......

    他要我用SMS，我用了EMAIL。
很難不用华文去翻译，因為是受华文敎育，正在努力中。。。。。
